Vietri sul mare is a small town 2km from the city of Salerno. From Salerno to Vietri is a short taxi ride.

Some delegates may stay at the Lloyd's Baia, others may be accommodated in other hotels nearby. There are a number of hotels conveniently situated in Salerno.
